Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using SugarDatingAdviceExpert ("Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via on-platform notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and not be barred from receiving our services under the laws of the United States or your country of residence. Accounts found in violation of these eligibility requirements are terminated immediately and without refund.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it updated.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable available security features such as two-factor authentication.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Maintain one personal account - duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be removed.

Prohibited Conduct

To preserve a discreet, respectful, and trustworthy community, the following behavior is strictly forbidden and grounds for permanent removal:

• Solicitation of escort services, prostitution, or any commercial sexual activity.
• Impersonation, catfishing, or use of fabricated photographs or identity documents.
• Harassment, intimidation, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
• Sharing illegal, sexually explicit, or non-consensual content involving any individual.
• Requesting or transferring funds outside of legitimate, mutually agreed arrangements.
• Automated scraping, bots, or any unauthorized access to Platform data.
• Sharing another member's private information, photos, or messages without consent.
• Attempting to bypass safety, verification, or moderation systems.

User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By posting, you grant SugarDatingAdviceExpert a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Platform and deliver it to other members in accordance with your privacy settings.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it complies with our community standards. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, harms the integrity of the community.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other members, or used the Platform in a way that exposes us to legal or reputational risk. You may close your account at any time through your settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive - including liability limitations, content licenses, and dispute resolution - will continue in effect.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that members are who they represent themselves to be, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every conceivable threat. You meet, communicate, and interact with other members at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SugarDatingAdviceExpert and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
